NEXT STEPS
STEP 1 - Submit Your Request & Payment: To proceed, please complete this form and submit the non-refundable curation fee, which covers our expertise in crafting your personalized itinerary. As a courtesy, this fee will be applied as a credit toward your final trip balance, provided your journey is officially confirmed with a deposit within 30 days of the initial proposal. If the booking is not confirmed within this 30-day window, the offer to apply the curation fee to your balance will expire, and the fee will be retained as compensation for the bespoke design services already rendered.
Curation fees are $175 for Regular Service (1-5 travelers), $300 for Group Service (6-20 travelers), and $500 for Corporate Service (20+ travelers). Please note that you will not be able to submit the form without completing the payment.
STEP 2 - Review Process (72 Hours): Our team will carefully review your request and get back to you within 72 business hours. We’ll send a confirmation email outlining your preferences and ask for any last-minute details before we begin drafting your itinerary.
STEP 3 - Itinerary Draft & Virtual Call:
- We’ll craft your first itinerary draft within 14 business days (or 7 days with expedited service). This will include an estimated cost breakdown: final pricing will be confirmed once accommodations, excursions, dining, and guides are selected before deposits are secured.
- Once you receive your draft, you’ll have the option to schedule a virtual call with our Founder, Antoinette, to review the itinerary, discuss any refinements, and ensure everything aligns with your vision.
STEP 4 - Ongoing Updates & Collaboration: We’ll work closely with you to refine the itinerary, making necessary adjustments to align with your vision.
STEP 5 - Finalizing Details: Once everything is set, we’ll provide your final itinerary along with the confirmed total cost. At this stage, a 25-30% deposit will be due to secure accommodations, reservations, and activities. If you’re not paying in full, we’ll also provide payment plan details so you can stay informed on the remaining balance and due dates.
