Flight Pricing & Cabin Classes
Flight prices vary depending on the cabin you select:

Basic Economy: Lowest-priced option, often with restrictions like no seat selection, limited changes, and sometimes fewer carry-on and check bag allowances.

Main Cabin (Economy): Standard economy fare with more flexibility than Basic Economy, usually includes seat selection and standard baggage allowance.

Premium Economy: Extra legroom, enhanced amenities, and priority boarding, with higher ticket cost.

Business Class: Larger, more comfortable seats that often recline fully, premium service, priority check-in, and extra baggage allowance.

First Class: The highest level of service with luxurious seating, exclusive amenities, and top-tier service; typically the most expensive.

Additional Fees: Many airlines charge extra for seat selection and for checked bags beyond the included allowance. All such fees are set by the airline and will be added to your ticket cost.

Ticket Rules Acknowledgment

By booking through our Flight Concierge service, you acknowledge and agree that we research and book your flight, provide confirmation, and coordinate travel according to your preferences and trip start dates. Any subsequent changes, cancellations, or disruptions are handled directly with the airline. While we aim to provide convenient and well-timed flight options, we do not guarantee the lowest fare. Your Flight Concierge service fee is non-refundable once booked, and while we are happy to advise and assist with booking-related questions, we are not a 24/7 airline call center. Please review all details carefully before submitting your booking request, as accuracy in passenger information is essential: errors may result in incorrect ticketing or additional airline fees.

I also understand that some airfares are non-changeable and non-refundable, and that if I select a ticket that allows changes, airline change fees and fare differences will apply. Ember & Co. is not responsible for any airline penalties or fees, and our service is provided for your convenience and alignment with the trip, not to manage airline policies or disputes.

Flight Concierge Fee

Your Flight Concierge Fee covers personalized research and booking, not casual browsing. Our team will provide up to 3 tailored flight options based on your preferences, including departure and arrival times, cabin class, routing, and airline preferences. Each option will include pricing and other important details to help you make an informed decision.

You’ll have 7 days to confirm your choice to ensure availability and pricing. Requests submitted after this window, or additional flight searches beyond the initial 3 options, may incur an additional service fee. Seats and pricing are subject to change at any point, and we cannot guarantee that flights will remain available if you delay your booking.

The Flight Concierge fee is non-refundable once the initial options are provided, regardless of airline changes or cancellations. This service is designed to offer convenience and guidance, but all changes, cancellations, or disruptions are handled directly with the airline.

We recommend using this service only when you are ready to pay for your flights, as the fee reflects the time and expertise required to secure tailored options for your trip.
