If you are traveling with us solo and elect for double occupancy, you will be paired with another LuxNomad Travels member based on your preferences. You will be matched with a roommate once you have paid more than 50% of the trip balance and will then be provided the contact information of the person you will be matched with.

Please Note: that if 90 days before your trip, you do not have a roommate, you will be required to pay the single occupancy supplement. Payment of the single occupancy supplement can be paid in even payments and due within 45 days of departure.

Male Travelers

We’re proud to welcome both men and women on our trips. However, due to the typical guest makeup, our groups often have a higher ratio of female travelers. If you’re a male guest traveling solo, you’ll be required to book a single occupancy package to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone. If you're traveling with a friend and wish to room together, double occupancy is absolutely welcome, just be sure to indicate this in your registration.

Thailand: Release of Liability

We are excited that you have chosen LuxNomad Travels for your upcoming trip. We have prepared a comprehensive itinerary for your journey, and we want to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the activities involved.

Please take a moment to carefully review your itinerary (listed on the ‘itinerary section’ of this page) in full. Before embarking on your adventure, we want to bring to your attention the potential risks associated with travel, including but not limited to health and medical issues. While we take every precaution to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur.

In light of this, we require additional acknowledgment and agreement to the following terms and conditions to release LuxNomad Travels from liability in case of accidents, medical issues, or other health-related concerns during your trip:

Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that the trip may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities, environmental factors, and health-related challenges.
Medical and Health Considerations: I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and able to participate in the activities outlined in the itinerary. I have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary and am prepared with any required medications or medical equipment.
Insurance: I understand the importance of travel insurance and confirm that I have been recommended to obtain adequate coverage to protect against any unforeseen medical expenses, trip cancellations, or other contingencies.
Release of Liability: In consideration of LuxNomad Travels making arrangements for my travel, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless LuxNomad Travels, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, now known or unknown, arising out of any accidents, medical issues, or health-related concerns that may occur during my trip.
Emergency Contact: I will provide LuxNomad Travels with reliable emergency contact information to reach in case of unforeseen events, and I will keep this information updated throughout the trip.

By checking the box on the following page and completing this registration, I acknowledge that I have reviewed my itinerary in full and understand the potential risks associated with travel. I agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document and release LuxNomad Travels from any liability in the event of accidents, medical issues, or health-related concerns.
